Pool slide - best part of house!

We had a fantastic stay at this house! It met all of our expectations and more. The highlight for us was definitely the slide, everyone had so much fun with it! The house was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The only downside was the process of getting the pool heat turned on. We had to call a few times before it was sorted out, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, though, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay again!

Fun house, great location

The house was just as pictured and the location was close to Disney and a lot of restaurants. A little wear and tear and the beds were all lumpy, but overall a great house - comfortable and fun.

Great Property for Disney World

Great property and location. Pool was great to have to provide a break between parks. Garage A/C wasn't working so it was a bit hot out there but besides that it was great.

Great family getaway!

We enjoyed our 3rd stay at the Encore Reunion resort! The cleanliness during Covid was top notch. The clubhouse amenities are unparalleled. The house pool with water slide was wonderful! We will definitely come again.

Spacious and clean, the pool was the perfect ending to a day at Disney. The drive to each park was 15-20 minutes. Great location. Works definitely stay again!!

Loved this place, wish we had more time there to enjoy it. Neighborhood pool was fabulous, backyard pool was also great. Hot tub drained out every time we turned on the heat, but no other issues.

A beautifully kept home. Kid-friendly but big enough to spread out and have some adult time. Pool was lovely even in poor weather. We will return!

Great Family Vacation!

Everything was great, we had a blast. Location is great 10-20 minutes to everything. Water park was a great plus - and the kids’ favorite part. Downside - slide at the backyard pool did not work (one of the top reasons we went with this house).

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the house and our time at Encore! Water on slide didn’t work as other reviewers had previously mentioned but the kids liked it anyways. Jeeves was attentive to everything and house was great!

Awesome House!!

The house was wonderful! My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as good or better than the pictures. It had everything we needed in the house and the amenities in the complex. My boys really enjoyed walking to the basketball court every morning, swimming in the house pool every evening and the fun day we spent at the water park. Having food on site was a great convenience after a long drive in. Thank you for a nice, clean place to relax and enjoy Orlando!

Nice Home!

The overall stay was great. 4 out of 5 stars only because you can’t set the thermostat below 72. It gets very hot in Florida and although we were somewhat comfortable at night it did get pretty warm in the day. Also, the WiFi wasn’t working properly which a note was left by the property to let us know. I would definately book this property again!

Good but not great

Good but not great… this property was nice that it was a big spacious house and some of the rooms look nice some did have big marks on the wall the pool area wasn’t well cared for (the rock around the slide was peeling off. it is Florida so the bugs and stuff are expected but there were worms all over the place at every door in the front entry in the bathroom so I was pretty gross. The alarm for the sliding door is annoying but it’s the law so not much they can do about that your condition pretty quick to push the button every time you go in and out. Play room was nice for the kids but again outdated pieces really needed to be updated and so hot even with fan in the summer. When you think about paying the same thing for a hotel room it just matters what you like this was more private and spacious but not as cared for and maintenance wasn’t always easy to reach. The one time they did come out they were nice and helpful. We did eat at fins and since there was no one there we were a little nervous and the waiter wasn’t very nice but the food was actually really good. We thought we would for sure go to the waterpark but never made it. The pool is smaller than it looks but it accommodated our party of six well. I would consider coming again. Nice easy drive to Disney and other surrounding things.

Great vacation!!

Ok so I cannot give this home 5 stars for a few reasons but that doesn’t mean we didn’t have a great time! I will start w the cons which are few: Location is across the street from main building and water park and main st can be very busy. Pool slide does not work Heat in the pool came on and off and the one time I wanted to come back from the park to hang in hot tub it was cold. Partiers can be loud and door alarm you can hear often Pros- great home / clean but definitely showing its use of past renters w scuff marks on walls and needs new carpet on stairs. Kitchen Mostly well stocked. Need to buy your own paper towels and tp / trash bags and dishwasher pods Pool was used daily by our kids and they loved it!! Water level was off at times but each time we called or texted Jeeves they are responsive. Beds were comfy. House is big and easy to spread out. Game room not used by us bc it’s warm and kinda out of the way Main water park was great! Clean w great food / drinks / fun daily activities by the pool and our kids loved the water slides We ate at fins the last night and although nothing fancy kids eat free w adult meals and it’s good food. We all said we loved it but if we came back we would stay in a home on the side of the water park because crossing main rd can be dangerous and more convenient to be on same side. When you first arrive go to main building to get a card for the entrance gate as the cars back up on sat and sun mostly due to people not having them. Partiers are there definitely more on weekend nights and quiet hours are not enforced but we got lucky they were like 4 houses away and hard to hear w door closed. If they were next door to us may be an issue. Overall a great value and close to Disney and legoland which we did. Our kids were ages 11,10,9, and two 5 year olds. All loved it!!

House is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and very comfortable. Great place!

House was great! It was clean and comfortable! It always felt great to come back to the house and relax after a long day at the parks. We found that renting a car and driving ourselves to the parks was better for us than using the encore shuttle but that was a personal preference. There was an issue with the pool heater and they fixed it asap and were very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this house ! Thank you!

Nice property at Encore

Property was as advertised and inside was very clean. Outside patio area, patio table and grill were not cleaned. I did call and they did come the next day and. Lean the area. We were o. The opposite side of the road from the clubhouse and water park. My email did not specify to go to the clubhouse to get a gate card. When we arrived, following GPS, we arrived at an unmanned gate with a a lot for a card. You have to put your drivers license in to verify that you are staying there. It wasn’t until the guy came to clean that I found out I needed to go to the clubhouse to get a gate card. The gate, however, was broke down at least 4-5 days throughout our stay of almost 3 weeks. When that happens, traffic backs up onto the road and creates a very unsafe situation. They have security that has to check each person I. With their drivers license and you have to wait for security. This is a major pain and, again, unsafe for the people waiting out on the road. Pool alarm button is not hard to understand but for some reason many people in the neighborhood prefer to hear it go off for 5-10 seconds instead of just pushing the button first. Prepare for this annoying sound throughout your stay. We did enjoy our house and the pool very much but the other things definitely play a factor in us looking elsewhere next time.

Excellent neighborhood with a lot to offer.

Had a Disney trip planned with family, but with everything going on we were going to hold off on going. They wouldn’t refund or even hold funds for future use, so we went ahead and came down anyway. We really had a great time at the house and the pool got lots of use. The slide needs some maintenance and we paid for pool heat we didn’t get until halfway through the trip. Everyone we talked with trying to get it going was very nice though. This is our second time renting with Jeeves and I trusted the cleanliness and sanitation from our last visit and was very happy with it this time as well. The on site waterpark was great. We didn’t visit last time because we were too busy with Disney, but it was great for those trying to avoid crowds. All of the staff there were truly wonderful. Overall a great stay though I was a bit frustrated they wouldn’t let us come at a later time considering all that is going on.

Great Place For The Kids

Kids loved the pool especially the water slide. The theme bedrooms and game room were a big hit too. For the adults, the property was clean and well maintained with plenty of room for everyone one. This was the second time we stayed at this resort/development because of the on property water park. Owner/Property Manager very responsive during booking process. Will stay here again.

A wonderful vacation spot!

We stayed at this property for Christmas and had a wonderful time. This house has one of the nicest outdoor areas in the complex. The built-in outdoor speakers were a great touch! This house was well-decorated and perfect for a family reunion.
