We expected the pool to ready on arrival. It was cloudy, wasn’t vacuumed and had to be treated, the filter needed replacing during our stay and we really weren’t able to use until 5 days later. Also there was an incident where the locks for the cellar suddenly needed to be changed during our stay. Ironically it seemed to be after my husband was in the cellar during a power outage and then again the day after he went down cellar to turn the outdoor shower on. We actually wondered whether there were cameras.
