「The surroundings and the lake are breathtaking. Rooms are nice. Clean. The staff are generally very courteous but could benefit from some training. Breakfast buffet with made to order egg options was excellent but the lunch/dinner menu is bloated and over ambitious with many of the items not even available. My suggestion would be to keep it simple with traditional Ethiopian food choices and very few general easy to make non-Ethiopian dishes for variety. 」

The manager was incredibly helpful and he went out of his way to help us. It would be helpful to describe its location as we didn’t realised that Doho Lodge is situated 30 kms out of Awash. 」
