The apartments, recently built, are furnished in typical Sardinian style, and are arranged on four levels (ground, first, second and third). The property is located about 1.5 km from the beach of Marina di Orosei and a few steps from the center of Orosei (about 800 meters). Here's what your holiday accommodation offers: -The apartments can be located on the ground floor, second floor and third floor. -All apartments are equipped with digital TV, air conditioning, washing machine, kitchenette with 4 gas burners, fridge with freezer and oven. -Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet -terrace equipped with table and chairs. Notes: -TRANSFER: Olbia airport/port € 130.00 for a car for 1/3 people; € 180.00 for a car for 4/8 people. From 10 pm to 6 am there is a 30% supplement.
