My family loved it here. If I'm ever back in Osaka, I would love to stay here again. Thank you for your cleaners! But it would be better if they responded faster though. I had some confusion about check in but only heard from the property after 2 days.

It was difficult to communicate with the owner or manager. I booked a 5 nights stay. I had a problem with the washer was approved. The cleaning staff couldn't make it work. We noticed the manager about the problem. They answered me on 4 days later. It was to late by then. We reused our old clothes and packed the rest of the dirty clothes home.

周りにたくさん飲食店やスーパーがあって便利でした。ホテルのプロジェクターで動画を楽しみながら過ごせました。ただ機械類の説明がわからずちょっと苦労しました。
