“I want to be fair: our host ultimately refunded half, which was sufficient but the stay itself was messy.We arrived 30 minutes after check-in and still had to wait 1.5 hours while the host finished cleaning (beds, bathrooms, laundry). She explained a late doctor’s appointment delayed her, which I empathize with, but there was no text warning. We could have gone to dinner instead of waiting awkwardly.The dishwasher was broken, fine, but the sink had old mildewy sponges, dishes had food residue,……

“Una estancia agridulce. A pesar de no tener nada que decir referente a la casa (más que está en medio de la nada), todo en buen estado y cuidado. Reservamos la casa 3 familias y dió la mala suerte de que uno de los adultos de una de las familias se puso enfermo. Contactamos con ellos para ver la viabilidad de posponer la reserva (sabiendo el poco margen de aviso) pero la alternativa ofrecida no dio a mucha opción a cambio. Con ello, finalmente solo pudo ir dos de las familias y la 3a por motivos……
