Comfortable and Friendly in a Good Location

Comfortable and friendly hotel in the north central part of town around a 10 minute walk from the railway station. There are many bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood including the Botteltje which is across the road and the beach is a 3 minute stroll, two blocks away. A wide selection of options are available at breakfast time at the hotel and are well worth it. Staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable for local info as are the staff at the tourist information office on langestraat opposite the Kursaal casino

Registering on arrival was not helpful because we were told that, although we were early (which we knew) the rooms would be available at 11.30am On our return we were told through the intercom system that it would be 12.30 Eventually we returned after 3.00pm and then were able to register. Fortunately we were able to leave our luggage on our first visit and did not have to keep it with us until 3.00pm

Selv om bekreftelsen sa resepsjonen var ubetjent, var det noen tilstede bortsett fra midt på natta og alle veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Parkering mulig i p.hus likeved mot avgift til hotellet, men rimeligere enn i offentlige p.hus. Så helt greit for vårt behov. Enkel, men grei frokost. Spaseravstand til restauranter og stranden.

Service au petit déjeuner décevant

Accueil sympathique, hôtel agréable, près du bord de mer mais un peu déçus par le service du petit-déjeuner car à 10:00, musique coupée et le petit déjeuner a été débarrassé très vite. Dommage ça a gâché tout le reste qui était bien.

3 superior kamers geboekt voor zaken. Eigenaar probeerde ons in eerste instantie op een eenpersoonskamer te leggen. Ontbijt vanaf 8:00u dit kom mit worden vervroegd. Dan snap je het niet als hotel. Geen airco, warme kamers

Déception

Lorsque nous sommes arrivées ma fille et moi le réceptioniste nous a annoncé qu'il y avait une panne de chaudière donc plus de chauffage et plus d'eau chaude. Ils n'ont pas trouvé de solution. La seule solution était de nous rembourser les nuitées mais aucune alternative, rien...Je suis fort décue de mon séjour. Nous sommes parties un jour plus tôt.

Je recommande :)

Très bon hôtel, bien situé. L'accueil est chaleureux et le personnel extrêmement gentil. Il y a un parking gratuit à côté, ce qui est vraiment pratique car les parkings privés coûtent chers.

Zentrales Hotel

Es ist ein kleines Hotel, sehr zentral in der Innenstadt gelegen. Ein eigener Parkplatz ist nicht vorhanden. Der Zimmerkomfort ist gut; die Betten sind sehr weich (für meinen Geschmack).Die Fußgängerzone ist in der Parallelstraße.Das Personal war sehr nett.
