"We weren't sure what to expect but enjoyed our stay and it was suitable for what we needed to do whilst in Ostersund. We had a number of sled dogs with us and these were accommodated without restriction. I can only give an average score on a number of things as I don't have anything much to compare against. However, the owners/managers were lovely, friendly and helpful and even came to watch at our event that we were taking part in. Down side, our water heater might not have been working too...

"The room was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the free breakfast at the cafe across the street that’s associated with the hotel.
