At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
For bookings of 7 nights over Whitsun, the price of B season applies.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be returned. Additional bed linen (10 € / person) and / or towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Please inform us in this regard after completing the booking, so that we can then recalculate and before your arrival, the sheets and / or towels can be prepared for you.

Große komfortable Ferienwohnung mit guter Einrichtung. Gemütliches Sofa. Bequeme Betten. Großer Balkon. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr gute Lage in einer ruhigen Straße. Nicht weit vom Zentrum Prerows entfernt. Mit dem Rad ist man in 2-3 Minuten beim Supermarkt. Nette Vermittlungsagentur. Alles top!

schönes sauberes Haus,ruhige Wohnung mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Auch die Küche war vollständig eingeräumt, was nicht immer selbstverständlich in Ferienwohnungen ist. Nur der Mülleimer dürfte größer sein bei 4 Personen damit man nicht täglich Müll wegbringen muss Sehr zu empfehlen,es war ein schöner Urlaub und ein guter Aufenthalt!
