TD Trullo Titiro w/ Wine Cellar, Vineyard & Pool

Trullo Titiro is a large complex of typical Trulli and Lamie that demonstrates the perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and style. The property, with its long garden of olive, almond and fruit trees, is situated on a quiet road, surrounded by a vineyard, and enjoying complete tranquillity and privacy. It is about 6 km from Ostuni and can accommodate 6 guests comfortably.
The house has been lovingly renovated and restored, preserving all the typical features of a trullo. Through an electric gate you enter the property, with ample private parking at the end of the illuminated driveway. As you enter through the main door at the front, you arrive at the dining room. Situated in the main ‘cone’ of the original trullo, the lights reaching up to the ceiling lends it a truly magical atmosphere. To the right there is a cosy lounge area nestled into the alcove, with a comfortable sofa and armchair. To the left, the beautiful, bespoke kitchen, thoughtfully designed to enhance the natural stone walls and niches, whilst being fully equipped for modern living. 
From this main ground floor living area, a stone staircase leads you down to the “pièce de la résistance" of this property: the wine cellar. Carved out of the rock below the trullo, here you will find a wine-lovers paradise. The custom-built cellar boasts an impressive list of more than 27 labels, carefully selected by a sommelier from the top Apulian vineyards (as well a handful from outside Puglia). With a wine for every occasion, you are sure to find something you love, whilst getting to experience the best wines Puglia has to offer. Within the cellar there is an additional lounge area where you can sit and enjoy a glass, or even conduct your own tasting using the tasting notes provided. On request, Trulli & Dimore can arrange a wine tasting with the sommelier too.
Back on the ground floor and through the living room, the bedrooms are all accessed via a long corridor at the rear of the property. Here you will also find an additional bathroom with dual purpose as a laundry room, and double doors leading out to the back garden. The three bedrooms are large and bright, benefitting from high, stone ceilings, and windows allowing plenty of natural light. They each have generous en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, and queen-sized beds with hybrid (memory foam & spring) mattresses for maximum comfort. In the middle room it’s possible to create 2 single beds on request. One of the three rooms also houses a luxurious, free-standing bathtub under a stone alcove. This bedroom, along with the bedroom at the other end of the hallway, has double doors leading outside, giving both rooms private access to the front terrace. Each bedroom has air-conditioning and wooden shutters to ensure a comfortable and peaceful night’s sleep. 


The rear of the property is where you’ll find the main outdoor living area. Here there is a large patio housing a comfortable relaxation area with sofas, sheltered under a gazebo with a ceiling fan to help keep you cool in the hot summer months. The outdoor kitchen, with its large island and stools, is spacious enough for everyone to gather around, whether you’re making a quick lunch using the gas hob, or having a barbecue on the asador grill (traditional Argentinian barbecue). There’s also a large, wood-fired pizza oven for evenings making fresh pizza with the whole family. Under an adjacent gazebo there is the outdoor dining area, with a large stone table and bench seating. Here you can enjoy lunch or dinner looking onto the pool, a strategic position to also keep an eye on the little ones in the water.
The swimming pool has a platform at one end for paddling, next to the swimming pool there are six sun loungers on the patio for sunbathing, each with a pull-out table. Crossing the lawn and through the stone arch, the illuminated pathway takes you on a journey down the olive grove. First you will come across a dedicated fire pit area with sofas, the ideal spot to watch the sunset over the vineyard next door. And finally, at the end of the pathway you’ll find a shaded yoga deck (matts are provided) where you can move your body in the tranquillity of the Apulian countryside. Private yoga classes can also be arranged on request. 
Just 10mins away is the nearest town of Ostuni, the famous 'White City,' where you can find large supermarkets and pharmacies, as well as plenty of restaurants offering typical cuisine and a selection of shops. Also not far away are the beaches of Costa Merlata, Monopoli, Castellana Grotte, Alberobello and more…
For security reasons, the structure has surveillance cameras, only in the cellar, to protect the owners and guests themselves.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks. . City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 5 nights

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €70.00.
