The apartment is located on the first floor of a small apartment in a quiet and elegant environment. The apartment is equipped with a garage and a terrace of relevance from which to enjoy a wonderful sea view and is composed of a large living area with living room-kitchen and laundry area, two large double bedrooms both with balcony and a full bathroom with tub-shower enclosure and an added shower. The apartment is air conditioned and equipped with oven, washing machine and bed and bath linen. The area is strategic and is well served by shops, commercial activities of all kinds, supermarkets etc ... It is located just 500 meters from the center of Otranto; 300 meters from the Atlantis beach and the sea.
