「The rooms and the waterpark were disgusting. No cleaning staff in sight. Half of the waterpark equipment and arcade games were broken. Manager was rude but desk staff and waterpark staff were kind and helpful. Expedia booked us a suite and there was not one available so our room downgraded. My parents basic room did not include waterpark passes although Expedia advertised like it did.」

「Local storm damage caused widespread power outages forced us to cancel our stay, but we were unable to do that, due to the power being out. Very frustrating experience. 😕」
