“My first room did not have the AC turned on. It was already hot but humid too. Another room also didn't have the AC turned on. Third room had AC on and was cold. However, the new room wasn't cleaned well. Trash was on the floor. Long blonde hair on the bathroom counter (I have short black hair). But the thing sent me over was a dying cockroach on the bathroom floor.”

The overall condition of the hotel was poor at best. We arrived late in the afternoon after driving all day and I was quietly walking my small dog in the hallway because it was too hot to walk outside. The Mananger of the hotel stopped me and told me I couldn’t walk in the hallway, hotel policy. I stopped and……
