"Staff were brilliant, loved the hotel generally- difficult to get hot water for a shower but the hotel was so lovely I wouldn’t hesitate to return"

"Staff was good but we encountered major issues having no water for showers and or bathroom after returning from a desert trips, no prior notice not once but two days in a row . Room facing the beach very very noice at night time with traffic and teen kids skating and bikes until well past midnight. "

"This property is beautiful, lush roses, two pools and a jacuzzi. It is well maintained by the staff at all times between the gardening, cleaning and covering the pools when no one is in them to make sure no bugs are in the water. The dining was exceptional, they handled our limited Spanish very well, accommodated food allergies, remembered how we liked our morning breakfast, and had a wide array of food choices that were all delicious. My husband loved the ceviche and abalone, I loved the scrambled egg breakfast and chicken and mushroom risotto and my mother loved the flavorful soups! A wonderful spot for families with children to play, a hidden gem, we give our highest recommendation!"
