“This cottage was clean, well -furnished and in a great location. The beds were comfortable. There were snacks to eat and a book of suggested places to visit and places to eat. The only reason that I give it a 4 is that the bathroom is a bit challenging. You have to be very careful getting in and out of the tub, the hose was difficult to use and the faucets were backwards. Taking a shower was difficult. It would be hard for someone elderly to navigate.”

“We saw this abandoned old historic ammunition factory location years ago, and had noticed the redevelopment into residential units and a brewery. So when we saw an opportunity to stay there we couldn't resist. This apartment is outstanding, and considering the brewery and the trail beside the river we really enjoyed our stay.”

“nice place to rest and enjoy some down time, quiet neighborhood and a nice place to take a walk, we also enjoyed a breakfast place and bbq spot that was a 10 min walk. clean and well equipped do recommend.”

“For a quick weekend trip, not bad. Pros: Convenient location. Close to downtown. Short walk/drive to grocery stores and a few restaurants/fast food. Area seemed safe. Liked the pull out couch option. Cons: Only one half roll of toilet paper and no back ups. No paper towels. Very little to use in kitchen for cooking/eating. Floors were very dirty (socks and bottoms of feet black from walking around.) Trash found under beds.”

“We had a group of 9 high school girlfriends stay for a long weekend. The house was beautiful and the outdoor space was great! We spent most of our time either in the pool or next to it. There was only 1 hiccup with the refrigerator but the homeowners were on top of it and had a new refrigerator installed the next day. They brought us coolers to keep food cold while we waited. This is a great place to stay!”

“Wow where to begin; we own our own solar business and were working on the new carport at the Cincinnati Zoo. We have a handful of men that work out of town for us so finding somewhere to house them is key. We stayed here from February to late April. This place was perfect. One of the best/most accurate places per the description that we have ever stayed in. Everything was clean/new. Mor was excellent.
