A clean charming cozy cottage that will make you feel right at home. Blackout bedroom curtains, a private backyard with a patio and grill available. Sit and relax on the front porch swing .Off street parking and carport available. There is well stocked cookware in the kitchen. The cottage is centrally located near restaurants, shopping, parks, museums and Owensboros beautiful riverfront. The Western Kentucky Botanical Garden is a must see and only 3 miles away. Located in a quiet neighborhood with mature trees.

Great place to stay. Highly recommend. It’s very clean, feels like home, wonderful vibes, comfortable beds, excellent communication with owners, had nice touches throughout. The owners seem to care, and go the extra mile to make it a nice place to stay.

Great Cottage!
This property is amazingly clean, centrally located, and the owners small touches and amenities make this a perfect place to stop over in Owensboro or a longer stay. We were moving our son to the area and will definitely stay here again on our planned visits back!

Best place in Owensboro.
From the moment I parked I knew I was in a good place. I felt safe. The house smelled amazing when I walked in. It’s decorated so nicely and I had everything I needed. I even made a big meal on the kitchen. I have no idea what they used to clean the bathroom towels but they smelled so good too and they were fluffy. In my downtime I relaxed watching Netflix and did some crafts. I was comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend this place. I spoke to the owner too and she was seriously the nicest.
