"Stayed with my young family, sister and mum in this extremely well equiped lodge which was situated on a very quiet part of Shorefield holiday park. The lodge was amazing value for money and contained everything needed for a relaxing break. We have stayed at Shorefield before and its a great location with indoor/outdoor pools, steam room, sauna, arcades etc. Amazing break and we will be renting this lodge again!"

"Cute and stylish cottage (we were in the Milking Parlour), easy to find and good location. Cosy for a few days for a couple but the outside space a bit disappointing. Inside the cottage is pretty much exactly as per the photos. It's stylish and cleverly designed for multi-functional self-catering. Even has a dishwasher! "I arrived and the boiler was not working. They weren't able to help. (they don't have anybody on site of the property ever. I had to try myself.) I then had to wait for 5 DAYS expecting and being told each day that an engineer would come to fix it. Nobody ever came. Whilst I had to wait in the apartment throughout that time for somebody to come, expecting someone to. But they kept breaking their word. I've honestly never met a company less bothered about their property not having working heating...

"I always stay here when in Southampton. The hotel just seems to get better since it's change of ownership. This was a birthday celebration with a friend, and the hotel made it feel extra special. Dined in the restaurant and the food was excellent. Everything you want is provided in the rooms, which are very comfortable. So handy for a pre cruise stay, shopping or just relaxing. Highly recommend. Wonderful guest relations team. Easy online check in and out. Can't wait for my next stay."
