Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath , downstairs is a common living area, full dining room table, full kitchen, full size washer/dryer, and a 1/2 bath. Parking available for 2 cars right outside the front door so easy to get in and out ! Walk to shady Avent Park nearby or take a 2 minute drive to the Square (0.9 miles away). Conveniently located near Kroger, Walgreens, Chaney’s pharmacy, and many restaurant options.

College drop off

The accommodations were perfect for what I needed. It felt like a home away from home as we dropped off my college freshman. The beds were very comfortable and had fresh linens. The bathrooms were clean and very functional. Most of all the location was a 10-15 minute walk to the Square. I had the most enjoyable morning walks exploring Oxford. It was also perfect location to walk to dinner on the Square. I would recommend this property to others.

I came for the weekend with my daughter and her friend to take a campus tour at Ole Miss. This condo was perfect for us. It was the perfect size and in such a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and decor

We loved the location of this rental. It was a short (~ 1 mile) walk to The Square but far enough away to miss all the traffic. We're Ole Miss fans (alumni and now parents) and so we loved the decor celebrating our Rebels!
