WELCOME!!! Come check out our 2900sqft 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1 bonus room/play room single family home approximately 1 mile from the Oxford Square and 2 miles from the Ole Miss Campus. Back patio with 2 charcoal grills, great for entertaining. Dining room, breakfast nook, 2 living rooms, and large upstairs bonus room/play room with couches, pool table, treadmill, and stationary bike.

1 King bed downstairs

2 Queen beds in upstairs bedroom

1 full bed downstairs.
1 queen bed downstairs
1 couch and 1 love seat in bonus room

Clothing racks are provided. Dressers and closets are unavailable.
WiFi password provided.
Washer and Dryer available for use.

Home is professionally cleaned before and after each rental.
NO PARTIES!!! This is a quiet residential neighborhood and our personal home. Parties of any kind will not be tolerated.
Renter is responsible for any damage to property.

Great game weekend

Home is in a nice neighborhood and was perfect for family visit for football weekend. Host was responsive and made everything easy.

Close to Campus and Square

A group of parents stayed at this property for parent's weekend. This was perfect for our needs. It has everything you need for a comfy weekend and it's a short UBER to the square and campus. The owner was very good with communication as well. I would definitively stay here again.

Cute house but dirty

The house was as advertised and served our family well. The house has plenty of seating, comfortable beds, and TV with full apps. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. Unfortunately, it was exceptionally dirty when we arrived-food crumbs in the microwave, fingerprints on windows and throughout kitchen, dirt on the floors, urine around the base of the master toilet, and hair in the tub. The lack of cleanliness definitely took some wind out of our sails. Also, there is no closet or drawer space. The owner left some metal racks to hang clothes, just make sure to bring your own hangars. If the house had been clean, I would have given this a four star rating as again, the house was well laid out and owner easy to work with.

Egg Bowl Stay

Loved this property! Exactly as described. The location was really ideal for us. Close to everything but felt very private. Had a group of college kids with us and everyone had their own space. Owner was very helpful and readily available. Great trip!
