"Great place with a short walk on a private path to the beach, the house was great, well stocked and comfortable. The host was perfect, easy going, helpful and friendly, no list of 50 rules and things to do while there, simple and easy. Love the town, it was nice to be so close to the beach but a little drive to the house so it was quite and peaceful. Would stay there again."

"Overall the stay was really nice. These cottages are pretty good for the price. I will say the cottages could do with some power washing and the grass should be kept up more. The comforter and pillows are also not very comfortable either. But the inside is pretty clean. Like I said, it’s a good place for the price. I will definitely recommend to is place to other and stay here again if I come back to Grayland. Thanks for the hospitality!"

"They are under new ownership and are making some updated.. The house was fine.. cute even, but it could use some work and cleaning. The location is perfect and we would 100% stay there again. The management company was very responsive with our concerns. Location is perfect. "

"Always a clean place to stay. The kitchen area is a nice size. But if you are doing any big meals you might want to bring your own equipment. They also have a fish cleaning area with 3 sinks and fresh running water at all of them. It will be a great place to stay during razor clam season. "
