"The people working there are joyful and kind from the front desk to cleaning staff. The stairway carpets were really dirty, the toilet rocked, it looked very run down. I know it was on the cheaper end and I was disappointed. It doesn't need to be fancy but it needs some sprucing up."

"I stayed at the oyo’s hotel : the waves hotel in Newport Oregon 8/20-8|23. For context , I have stayed in over 500 rooms in the United States and north America. This is far away the worst . 1) No elevator for mobility challenged people (ada violation ) 2) inaccurate descriptions and photos of premises ..."
