“We stayed at this property twice in one week as we travelled to AZ and back home to TN. The room with 2 queen beds was very spacious. This was important to us because we travelled with 2 dogs and all of their gear. The grounds were perfect for dog walking (lots of nice, mowed grass). The property is situated near the interstate exit, but there is a row of thick trees to block all of the interstate sounds! The rooms were clean and in good condition. “The cabin was nice but the location is what made the trip perfect. If you want to be secluded and by the water, this is the place for you. We were able to float from Big Eddy put in spot on the Mulberry river directly to our cabin. This particular spot on the Mulberry is really beautiful. If you aren't wanting to float it's still a great place to enjoy the water and hang out. The cabin had everything that we needed for our weekend. It could have been a little cleaner but nothing was a deal……

“We had the most interesting an friendly stay at B & L. It was like staying in a curated historic boarding house. Leslie the owner/manager/decorator/"tour guide", was so helpful and patience with our group of 10 friends. each room was themed after a part of her family heritage and experiences. I highly recommend staying there.”
