"Room was great and all was good. My only complaint would be that due to a shortage of staff we never once received housekeeping and stayed 4 nights. Had to request clean towels and garbage etc was never taken care of. Not a huge deal but would’ve been nice over the 5 days. "

"The Sheraton PGA is listed with rating of 10. It’s not even a 1. It’s rundown and old. It looks like an old time share. The appliances are very old. Sliding door tracks are dirty. The picture of the pool does represent reality. The lobby is being renovated and they are using run down office. They are pumping nasty air freshener through vents which is unhealthy. I recommend selecting another hotel. We left early after using Clorox and buying our own sheets. "

"Good location. It was nice having the screened-in porch. It's on the first floor so easy for getting into the villa. The glass coffee table was visibly dirty but everything else was clean. I had to reach out to the host to find out check -in info and questions. The laminate flooring had a big crack and the transition piece was taped down with duct tape. The flooring needs to be updated but that was just cosmetic. I guess the playground was across the road in the other section of villas because we could not find it when we walked around the complex in this villa's housing area. I never got an answer back when I asked the host where it was. I asked another person who was outside but they didnt know as i guess they were short-term renters also. The pool is very close though! Overall, a nice place to stay, just could use some updating the floors and a bit better cleaning."
