"Wonderful base camp oasis to visit the Champagne region. All staff are highly professional, attentive and courteous, from the valet to the porters to the front desk to the bar and restaurant to the housekeeping team. Truly 5 Star service. The junior suite was well appointed and comfortable. The sitting areas and pool were also delightful. The restaurant amply deserves it's three Michelin stars. Highly recommended. Two very minor niggles: the shower stall could use a small shelf to place personal shower accessories, and the print on our wall was placed annoyingly high, way above my eye level and I'm 6 feet tall."

"This a a real gem of a hotel. We stayed there overnight on our way to Le Shuttle. Lovely spacious, clean and well appointed rooms, a lovely pool and bar/garden area and the restaurant was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend."

"Lovely hotel - great views, nice big rooms, friendly staff…pool was lovely too. Free bikes to use was brilliant and much appreciated along with table football and play area and more for free. Our only niggle is how expensive the food and drinks were for the quality. Was fine food but priced to be exceptional which it wasn’t…and beers almost twice what you pay elsewhere. But to be honest - made up for by everything else being great!"

"Fabulous experience and highlight of our 3 weeks in Europe. Beautiful castle, fabulous dinner and breakfast and the experience was lovely and regal with our maître D. The grounds and historic site added to the weekend. Played tennis and will have to come back to enjoy the pool and hot tub when it is not raining. They are renovating some as well, but this is a well preserved piece of history while still have the charm you would expect from a castle. Better than all the modernized chateau’s."

"Our 4th trip to this wonderful hotel which doesn’t disappoint. we had a room upgrade to Josephine looking out towards Reims. Beautiful room with a gorgeous bathroom. Made use of the hot tub before drinks on the terrace and dinner. Huge bed too! Wonderful."

"Great staff checkin was great , nothing too much trouble plus we’d booked with breakfast but then plans change to leave at 5am but reception said no problem we offer an early breakfast ! Filled in are order and when got up to checkout are order was there ready for us ! 5⭐️ . Never had this offered in 15yesrs plus of using this chain of hotels .🙏"
