This beautiful home features a chef’s kitchen, spacious living & dining areas, & modern theater system for your entertainment. Enjoy sunsets from two covered decks, relax in the private hot tub, & easily access all floors with the elevator. Plus, we warmly welcome your pups, making this the perfect dog-friendly escape for your next Washington Coast getaway.

House Layout Overview:
-First Floor: Entryway, front door, and garage.
-Second Floor: Three bedrooms (including a master suite with ensuite bathroom), shared full bathroom, reading nook, and a covered patio with seating and ocean views.
-Third Floor: Kitchen, dining room, living room, wet bar, and an additional covered patio with seating and ocean views.
**Elevator: Accessible to all floors, making it easy to navigate between levels.

Primary Bedroom:
Located on the second floor, this serene space features a king bed, stunning ocean views, a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with heated tile floors and a walk-in shower. Enjoy restful nights and peaceful mornings with blackout shades that let you sleep in, even on sunny days.

Second Bedroom:
Also on the second floor, this room offers a comfortable king bed, ensuring a cozy retreat after a day at the beach. Like the primary bedroom, it features blackout shades and a Smart TV for your entertainment.

Third Bedroom:
Perfect for kids or additional guests, this bedroom includes a full-over-full bunk bed, providing plenty of sleeping space.
*Please note, guests 7 and 8 will be sharing the full-size beds, making it ideal for families or close friends.

Primary Bathroom:
The ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom is equipped with luxurious heated tile floors and a spacious walk-in shower, offering a spa-like experience every morning.

Guest Bathroom:
Located on the second floor, this bathroom serves the second and third bedrooms. It’s beautifully appointed and ready to meet all your needs during your stay.

Half Bathroom:
Conveniently situated on the top floor near the main living area, this half bath adds an extra level of convenience.

The heart of the home, this top-floor kitchen is a chef’s dream. Equipped with a six-burner gas range, griddle, dual oven, and a full array of cooking tools and gadgets, it’s ready for everything from casual meals to holiday feasts. The kitchen’s open-concept design keeps the chef connected to the rest of the group, whether they’re lounging in the living room or enjoying the view from the deck.

Dining Area:
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area includes a large table with seating for the whole group. It’s conveniently located near the deck for quick access to outdoor seating and ocean views.

Living Room:
Situated on the top floor, the living room boasts comfortable seating, natural light, and stunning ocean views. Sink into the sectional and stream your favorite shows on the state-of-the-art theater system, featuring a Samsung 55" Ultra Premium Neo QLED 4K TV and Dolby Atmos soundbar for an incredible viewing experience. The TV can even be swiveled to be viewed from the kitchen or the deck.

Wet Bar:
This floor also features a wet bar with a serving space, sink, and drink refrigerator, providing an additional area for preparing drinks or snacks.

Hot Tub:
End your day with a soak in the private hot tub located behind the house, perfect for unwinding under the stars.
