Great spot with easy access

The house is clean and stocked, which was great, and it had plenty of room for the 3 families that stayed. We missed the part in the listing that said no pool access, but ended up renting another home that had pool access with another family, so all worked out!

Perfect get away!

Our whole family loved our stay at Seabrook. We had a wide range of ages and everyone can't wait to go back. We enjoyed being close enough to town and the beach to walk, but still able to have quiet time at the house.

Amazing location and stay

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal quick walk to the beach short walk to town and in between the indoor and outdoor pools. We also enjoyed waking up with a coffee and the hot tub.

my whole family was immediately wowed by all the options for sleeping arrangements and emphasis on comfort and relaxing. it was a great place to take a break.

Great Vacation Destination

This was our second stay at Otterly Relaxed. Very cute home and works out great for a couple different families to share a place for a nice vacation weekend. We got lucky. Rain was forecasted but we had mostly dry days to enjoy walking around town and to the beach. Can't wait fornour next trip.

Very nice with amenities liked the s'mores quite a bitLights on wall going upstairs flashed off and on sometimes. Plenty of paper towels. And coffee. Didn't use the apartment above garage though.

Enjoyable

Location, and home are wonderful. Was very disappointed that the outside of the home was taped off for painting. Stair carpets somewhat stained, and the bbq grill was out of propane. But overall its was a enjoyable week.

Otterly Wonderful

Great location. Full of necessary amenities and lots of room, especially for young families (one room is bunk beds). Kitchen and house stocked with everything you need.

Quiet beach getaway.

This is a beautiful home located a short walk from downtown Seabrook and from the beach. My husband and I especially enjoyed that this home had a private hot tub and many different board games. The hosts were very quick to respond to and questions we had. The check in/out process is very easy. Would definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!

The Perfect Home Away From Home

We've been coming to Seabrook for nearly 2 decades and love finding new homes to stay in. We traveled with our young adult kids (19-25 years old) and loved the location of this home. We loved that the home had bikes to borrow and lots of games to play. It's an easy location to walk to the beach or the town center or to any of the pools.

Perfect for an easy getaway

We had a great stay despite less than perfect weather. The kids had a blast in the hot tub in the rain and at the local arcade. We did manage to squeeze in some playtime on the beach.

Birthday Weekend Escape!

We had a wonderful stay at Otterly Relaxed. The point of our weekend away was to celebrate my birthday and everything was perfect.The house was just as described, and I truly was able to relax the whole weekend. Unfortunately, it rained so we didn't get a fire outside. But we do get to use the hot tub, and that was amazing. I would recommend staying here.

Otterly relaxed was just that!

Went to to Seabrook for the first time and this house was absolutely perfect! The cleanliness, the comfort…everything was spot on! From the amazing furniture outside, to the fireplace to everything needed in the kitchen….my friends and I had a fabulous time! Highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a house in Seabrook! Family Fun

Otterly Relaxed suited our 10 person family group so well. With the wonderful outside decks for chatting and eating, the convenient hot tub, the comfortable living/ dining room, the outdoor shower after the beach, and the indoor/outdoor gas fireplace, we loved being together there. When we needed help with an electrical issue, the owners responded immediately and the property manager was wonderful. We would definitely return to this amazing house.

Beautiful Home!

Otterly Relaxed is a perfect location and cozy home! We so enjoyed our family Christmas trip at Seabrook. Many wonderful memories! Anything that came up was immediately responded to by our host and resolved. Easy and quick walk to town. Lots of games and activities in the home. Would definitely stay again! ❤️

Perfect Place for a Ladies Weekend

This house was the perfect place for us to celebrate the 50th birthday of a friend. Large kitchen table for shared meals and playing cards. Great living room setup for chatting around the fireplace. Hot tub for relaxing after a hike. Close enough to town to walk. Enough bedrooms so we could all have our own space at night.

Otterly Relaxing

My family and I dearly love Seabrook and my oldest daughter refers to it as ‘my happy place’. For this long weekend getaway, we chose Erin’s house for our rendezvous. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s always fun to get the girls together to visit and go to the beach. The house was large enough for our group. One of my daughters stayed up in the studio above the garage and loved it. We cooked all of our meals in and the kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub was a lovely amenity as well as the provided beach towels. The house is an easy walk to the downtown shops and coffee houses.

Adorable town and property

We loved our 3 night stay in Seabrook. This home had plenty of space for us to spread out or come together on the deck to read our books and have coffee. Everything went great except we have a few suggestions for the property manager. 1. We couldn’t tell what the dispensers in the shower were. The body wash/conditioner/shampoo was not labeled so we had to guess. 2. The beds outside the bunk beds did not have much support , memory foam style, as in the bunk beds would be ideal.

Fantastic Stay

Great place for a girls get together. House has great amenities, comfortable beds, hot tub etc. Host was very communicative and let us do an early check in which was greatly appreciated. One thing to note is the cleaning company they are using may not be doing their job well as the house was not as clean as most vrbos. There was dust on most surfaces and dirt on carpet. There was hair on shower walls and food left in the fridge. This isn’t a deal breaker but for the high cleaning Vrbo charges I would expect a clean house. The cleaning company is not paying attention to detail. Also it would be helpful to make the shampoo, conditioner, body soap containers in shower so guests can tell what is what. :) House is in a great location and we loved the hot tub. Overall great stay.

retreat debrief.

There was some confusion as to when we were arriving. when I called on Sunday to get the code the lady though we were coming on Monday. She said she would have to get a cleaner in there to clean before we could get in. I called at 2 pm and we were scheduled to enter at 4 pm. Check out was supposed to be by 10 am the next day. I really feel like the price is pretty high for less than 24 hours stay! We enjoyed the hot tub! Carpets need cleaning and the washing machine was broken. There is a new one on order :)

Seabrook Getaway

I would like to hold up Erin and her husband for AWESOME communication. It was easy to ask about the area how to best accomplish goals we had, how to navigate the Seabrook trails and details of our trip. They were both extremely informative and present. Every detail in the house is tended to from towels to beach chairs to spices and cookware. Expectations are clearly stated which is very helpful. I was able, post knee replacement to navigate the property and our grandchildren at 3-5 loved the space. With two over 60, one 32yo mom and two kids and my 26yo son and his girlfriend, the house configuration was PERFECT allowing each of us our own space within the house. If we had another couple for us, it would have been too tight of quarters. It was great for us to realize what our needs will be when we add in more adult children and spouses. Highly reccomend this as well as the way that the space is more affordable by not being managed by Seabrook. When the ocean is your pool who needs a neighborhood pool and facilities? Thanks for thinking of everything to make our stay so enjoyable!
