SeaYa! Time to relax at Pacific Beach!

SeaYa (Permit ID 21-0769) is a newly constructed 4-bedroom home, completed in 2023. The home is on a corner lot tucked away in a quiet area of Pacific Beach within two blocks of walking or driving to the access to the beach. The house is newly furnished and is very comfortable, it is the perfect getaway for either a couple, a large family or 4 couples. Sea-Ya is complete with everything you would have at home. The floor plan is open concept with living room and kitchen on the top floor. The house sleeps10 comfortably with 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed and there is one full bath with shower and tub. Downstairs there is also two bedrooms, each has a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. At the end of the hall there is another full bath with a shower. Across from the bathroom there is a full washer & dryer set, laundry soap provided. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you will need for cooking and serving meals. Fiesta ware plates, bowls, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, drinkware and small appliances include toaster, drip coffee maker, waffle iron, electric griddle, blender, and crockpot. There are two decks (upper and lower), a propane BBQ on the upper deck. There is a grassy area behind the house.

Just 1/2 block north is Analyde Gap beach approach for an10 minute walk down the hill to the sandy shores of the Pacific or you can load up the car and drive and park on the beach for the day. Beachcombing, sandcastles, walking the surf, or exploring the shoreline are just some of the many things that await you. If you enjoy to surf to table, can dig razor clams (in season only) or surf fish for perch. The start of the Olympic National Forest is approx. 40 miles north with more beaches and hiking trails to explore. Sea-Ya can be your place to come home to after a great day at the beach or hiking mountain trails or better yet, stay in, relax, turn on the fireplace or sit on the deck. The house also has a large TV room downstairs for watching movies or playing board games on those rainy days or evenings after a day at the beach.

We love to bring our dog to the beach and your dog is welcome at the house; however, we ask that you please respect our floors and furnishings and follow the house pet rules. A flat rate pet fee of $50.00 is required at the time of booking. Thank you.
