Great location; Plumbing Issues

The house was a great location and set up for our group! It was clean and stocked with all the amenities. However, we had a major issue with the hot water, and were without it for majority of our stay. Although the Seabrook hospitality team responded quickly and promptly to try and resolve this issue, it did affect our entire stay. The Seabrook team did refund one night stay for the inconvenience, however, it was significantly less than what we paid per night on VRBO’s end. We felt like the Customer Service communication about the charges and the way to process refund was not a smooth process.
