Occupancy is capped at 10, monitored via exterior cameras and noise alerts (no audio recorded).
Parking is limited to 4 cars: 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Street parking is not available.
The fireplace is for use only when in the living room and must not be left unattended.
Violations of these rules may be reported to VRBO and could incur fines.

Use of Exercise Equipment: Guests acknowledge that any use of exercise equipment on the property is at their own risk. The property owners are not responsible for any injuries or accidents resulting from the use of this equipment.
