"There was hair on the pillow upon arrival, mildew on the ceiling of the floor we stayed at. Brown spots in the shower. Microwave was filthy the whole 3 days we used it. Staff was so inattentive and cold"

"A very pleasant stay. Staff were great ambassadors, and extremely accommodating. Airport proximity and regularly scheduled shuttle were another plus, even for us non-business travelers. Great neighborhood for strolling and dining. San Fernando Blvd and its offshoots something of a Restaurant Row, you can eat out three meals a day for a week--without a car--before needing to repeat a restaurant. We weren't in town long enough to try the hotel's cafe."

"The location was great and the rooftop terrace and pool were lovely. The front desk team should advise guests at check in that it’s only accessible via a separate service elevator. Be sure to walk through the LA Central Library next door. Its interior is amazing. There are free docent tours available on certain days/times of the week. Breakfast and room service started at 7am which was later than we would have preferred since we had to leave at 7am to make it to our business meetings. The bathroom needs a towel rack or retractable line. There is only one hook and no where to hang towels and the bath mat which means they’re in a wet mess on the counter. The Hotel only provides housekeeping every two days which means you have to request new towels (and coffee pods) be delivered to your room. I would have been happy to use the same towels during my stay if there had been a rack or retractable line to hang them so they could dry. The bed and pillows were comfortable however the design is not accessible for people with mobility challenges. It’s on a low platform which makes it challenging to get in and out of bed. One of my colleagues had an injury and was staying in an accessible room which had the same low platform bed as the other rooms. There really should be a rubber bath mat or grab bar in the showers for anti-slip purposes. Otherwise consider using a hand towel on the shower floor for extra grip. The bar fridge didn’t keep food or drinks cold. "

"The check in staff was friendly and very helpful. I got to the hotel a little early and my room wasn’t ready, but they made sure that my Luggage was safe and sound until I could check in. They offered me water and we’re very professional. This location is walking distance to restaurants and shopping in old town Pasadena which I absolutely Love! I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family."
