「Holiday Inn was situated on hillside, at a decent residential area but far away from the city centre. My room was at 21st floor and I could had a bird's eyeview on the beautiful scenery of Porto. 「From the greeting as we drove up, to the final farewell it was fantastic. The staff is so well trained and efficient. Most speak multiple languages, which made a difference for us. The valets/ bellmen/ general information gives were so wonderful. We ate the buffet breakfast as well as dining in the restaurant for a lunch and a dinner. 「Such a wonderful slice of heaven. Definitely visit this property. The staff were fantastic & so helpful. A bottle of sparkling wine at the pool was €18 and absolutely delicious.
