Polite and friendly hotel staff. Cleanliness is one of Mercure’s strengths. Keep it up. Probably just upgrade the sliding shower gun holder (loosed).

First at all I have to admit that I have choosen this place because the brand Mercure should garanty some standart. I have prooven wrong. Beside the unexperianced staff the quality of the place is not reflecting my experiance in other Mercure hotels. The room was really nice/clean. The rest wasn't. One of the most irritating details was the poor breakfast.
