「Decor, amenities, location, and the fabulous staff. Loved the bar and restaurant downstairs 」

「BUDGET is in the name, don't expect too much from your stay, even in Superior Double Room w Ensuite check-in was bit awkward had to provide my details again even though i completed the online check-in process before i left home. fortunately there was physical staff at the premises upon arrival, as during other times there's an ipad on a stand by the front door with an online agent, who comes and goes-isn't there all the time. i was very disappointed to not see a single solidary chair to sit on...

「Great view of the room, can see Sydney Harbour Bridge and opera house day and night. Staff are friendly and always willing to help.」

「The coffee cups were not replaced with cleaned ones / washed every day. Used cups were just left in the room. I also saw hair in towel and toothpaste in the sink. Teabags were not refilled.」

「Excellent services , good location」

「Takes around 10 -15 mins on foot to nearest train station called Museum A convenient store nearby Tidy , spacious」

「3-Star Experience at 5-Star Prices – Terrible Noise Isolation and Low Water PressureI I cannot recommend this hotel, especially given the high rates they charge. While they command a near 5-star price tag similar to other hotels in Sydney, the actual room quality and comfort feel closer to a 3-star property. The room infrastructure is severely outdated. Our room faced Pitt Street, and the noise isolation was practically non-existent. We could hear everything from the street traffic to the bar...

「The ALL loyalty points cannot be obtained because the hotel booking was made through Expedia, as advised by the hotel.」
