Got the lot

Good size bedroom and bathroom. Good location. Parking space.Everything you could want is provided in the room. Excellent breakfast. Friendly hosts. You name it this B&B has got it all.

Perfect stay in a great location!

Wonderful stay in a lovely house in a great location for accessing Padstow. Dee was a wonderful host, very welcoming, chatty and warm without being imposing, showing the house/room and offering advice/assistance where necessary. Wonderfully comfortable room with plenty of extras - even a carafe of sherry in the corner! 5 min walk downhill into Padstow with easy access to everything, and easy to drive to coming into the town. Plenty of private, off-road parking for visitors. We will be back!

Lovely B&B!

Room was great and was equipped with everything you could need. Hosts were lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to be close to Padstow - 5 minutes walk and you're there! It was perfect for our minimoon!

Undoubtedly a five star experience

Dee and John were superb hosts. The room was very comfortable with great attention to detail. Dee had thought of everything that we could possibly have wanted and her breakfasts are very high quality and delicious. Can't recommend this highly enough.

Warm welcome at well located B&B

Spacious room with separate living room area. B&B very conveniently located (the harbour is a 10 minute walk). Dee is an excellent host and was very accommodating (e.g. she made us a takeaway breakfast when we needed to set iff early for a walk along the coastal path.

Beautiful B&B accommodation in Padstow

A lovely comfortable room with lots of little special touches. It was beautifully decorated and run by Dee and John, a lovely couple who made us feel very welcome in their home. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options. It is only 5 minutes walk down the hill to Padstow, the walk back to the B&B is up hill. Would recommend and would stay again if returning to the area.

Amazing B&B in Padstow thats really mini 5* hotel

This is an amazing place to stay. More comfortable than some 5 star hotels we have stayed in. So well organised. Best breakfast in Cornwall and so many little delights to make you feel so welcome. Book early as its very exclusive and in big demand and so worth it.
