「Spotless room, friendly staff, breakfast poor if arriving at 9-20 after a swim. Need an app on mobile to enter swimming pool, should be a simple swipe card.」

「We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations.
No pool/spa/gym/food.
Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it.
2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place.
Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs.
For what was a basic room...

「The breakfast menu was fine but the meal was spread between three rooms with the hot food in one and the cold food in another. All of the public rooms had a form of jazz played quite loudly over the speaker system you couldn't escape it.」
