Great hotel in a perfect location for exploring lake Powell and Antelope Canyon. Facilities were all new and clean. Breakfast is included but be good to serve breakfast a little later than 9am.

Check in was challenging. They could not find my Expedia reservation and I had to produce extra documentation but after about 30 min, the receptionist was able to figure it out and got my room. Dinner that night was also challenging. There kitchen area went down for about 45 min to an hour. So couldnt eat when we wanted to eat. The breakfast the next morning really made me feel i got my moneys worth. Staff were great. They just need to organize there technology challenges like there phone line and being able to see 3rd party bookings in there system.
