All beds are prepared with luxuriously soft, hotel-quality linens and all bathrooms are outfitted with clean, fresh, white towels for every guest. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cutlery, silverware, dishes, pots / pans, baking dishes and utensils. We also offer most small appliances such as a coffee pot, crockpot, blender, mixer, and more. Cleanliness is our promise, and we strive for a 5 star stay- everytime.

[Home Truths]
1. Guests must adhere to the house rules and policies. Please closely review these rules prior to booking, as we have a Zero Tolerance Policy and will firmly enforce all regulations posted in this listing.
2. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance.
3. Due to the nature of the outdoors and weather systems- the pool and jacuzzi may, at times, have sand at the bottom. This does not indicate uncleanliness- it is cleaned upon arrival for every guest but some sand is likely to occur from the strong winds coming through our area.
5. Unapproved late checkout is subject to a fee of $100/hr after the established checkout time.
6. This is a smoke-free property. Violation is subject to a $500 fee plus actual remediation costs.
7. Excessive cleaning due to unwashed dishes, trash left throughout the house, or other significant messes will result in an additional charge proportionate to the time required by our cleaning team beyond a standard turnover.
