「I booked the Beach House, due to going to Goodwood for a few days. It had good reviews. I was not disappointed. Parking at the rear of the property was a little narrow, but once round the back, plenty of space. Also parking at the front. Good instructions pre arrival and knew where to find our room. 「The owners were able to let us in early. They provided information that we asked for. The room was spacious and very clean, with an enormous bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, enabling us to have a very good nights sleep. Breakfast was simple, but very good. If we are in this area again we will certainly book into The Cottage again.」

「Conveniently placed for exploring the city on foot with free parking. We were in room 4 which had a south facing verandah which was lovely as we had good weather. The full english breakfast was excellent - done exactly as it should be. All the staff were friendly and helpful.」

「This place is a serious find, loved it from start to finish. Beautiful bar, restaurant and rooms, everything was perfect, I was massively impressed. 「Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds . Property is beautiful- pictures shown are accurate. Lift! Very convenient walking distance to centre of Chichester, the Festival Theatre and other attractions but just at the edge of the pedestrian area so I could have a taxi pick me up in front when I left」
