Heavy snowfall and chill during winter. Very beautiful spots to visit like betab valley and around Lidder valley. Many shops were closed during winter. Mini Switzerland is great place to visit on horseback

It was an incredible experience! Kashmiri people are lovely, their hospitality is marvellous. I wish there was less trash everywhere in the valley - plastic bottles and plastic bags in particular. Can't really blame Kashmiris for it but some obnoxious Indian tourists from the rest of the country. ...
