"We’ve stayed at many places in and around Paihia and this place was lovely. Superb views, clean, good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, the spa was great. It is elevated away from the foot traffic of Paihia which is a nice change. The dvd library was a welcome blast from the past. Modern, excellent views, captured the sun, warm and clean. Would stay here again. "

"Outstanding - I could not rate higher. Fantastic location with waterfront view, spacious and with full kitchen WITH THE TYPES OF UTENSILS YOU WOULD HAVE IN YOUR OWN KITCHEN - not just the "tick box" commonly found. Unit was clean, and instructions on check-in and processes clear and straightforward. This is not the first time I've gone to Paihia - and the accommodation here was head-and-shoulders better then anything I've had before."

"The location of the unit is ideal for visiting attractions in the Bay of Islands. Its a lovely walk into town and the wharf, the beach is literally at the end of the street. The unit is well equipped and spacious to make your stay enjoyable, things like beach towels and pantry condiments were much appreciated. All the beds were comfortable, the sofa beds were surprisingly good. The communication with the onsite person was excellent and very helpful. We would love to stay here again"

"We were in Paihia for the Jazz and Blues festival and had 7 people staying in the house. Plenty of room for all of us. Great social spaces for hanging out. Great location as we could walk into town. We were all very happy with our stay. Would love to have had the opportunity to cook and dine around the lovely dining table but we were out and about enjoying the festival. Next time."
