“I dont usually write reviews but this time I have to because one day somebody is going to need it . I stayed october 28th,.. my flight was delayed and I could not be on time at Elmira so I arrived 6 am in the morning at this time I lost my reservation too but I called the hotel and I dont remenber the name of a woman who got my call , I explained everything and she said come I will help you ..i was up all night it was cold .. and she was an angel I hope she gets this message .. she helped me……

The staff was very courteous and helped us resolve an issue with the ability to charge our phones ,( no USB support yet).
The suggestion would be to warm up the room slightly prior to arrival.
