"We had a great stay at our flat. It was good for a family and hotel alternative. The bathroom tap did not work for half our stay, which was inconvenient as we had to wash and brush in the bathtub or kitchen, but communication was fantastic and Graham was doing his best to fix it, which he did. When I asked for extra towels they were delivered promptly. Overall, a positive stay and would recommend. Thank you!"

"Communication and check in was straightforward and excellent. The apartment is huge - massive living space, large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Well appointed and very comfortable beds. The showers were great. WiFi was a wee bit slow but that was also the case while out and about in the area so seems more of a structural than property issue. Loads of shops, bars and restaurants on hand with an excellent Indian restaurant directly opposite. We’d definitely stay again."

"Great hotel, the rooms were quiet and comfortable. The only issue I had was that the A/C could only be programmed to to lowest setting of 19 C and I prefer it cooler, It might be a Scotland thing as another hotel I stayed in was the same. I liked the fact that they didn't have plastic bottles for water but a refilled carafe which could be filled with filtered water in the hall. The frig was a bit smaller than I had expected but was ok for my needs The bed was a tad bit harder than I like, but I do prefer a soft bed and that can be a very personal preference. Pillows were good."
