Paisley Hotel with Pool

"Comfy beds and pillows. Clean throughout the hotel and pool area. Safe area with great sidewalks for walking in the neighborhood. Had to fly before 6 so didn't get breakfast but the area looked large with ample seating in a clean bright space. Close to the airport. Would definitely stay again!"

"The night staff member was excellent the morning staff member not so much. The bread had green mold…I have photos. The coffee was totally watered down. Worse of all there was a loud beeping sound outside of room 127 ALL NIGHT LONG. It was maddening. I reported it but nothing could be done. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!"

"First off..Gabrielle is LOVELY....So helpful and understanding..This place is great. Everything you need for a clean and comfortable stay..Kitchen well stocked with utensils....nice grounds....nice pool..all day brewed coffee..Can't be beat for price."

"We were supposed to be able to check in at 3:30 PM. When we arrived, we were told the room wasn’t clean yet. It was 6:30 PM before we finally could check in. Although the hotel has been maintained well, is right next to a traffic light. This means every time the big trucks took off to move from the light you could hear it. The staff were friendly & the pool was nice. Breakfast was definitely small… the area to eat at was very small, and they had very few choices of things to eat."

"Just ok. Room was very dated and had a funky smell. Bathrooms need a major renovation. Not a terrible place to stay but probably wouldn’t stay again."

"I had to change my room 3x’s 1st room was right next to ice machine and the ac was in and out. Terrible nights sleep- Second room had stains (brown stains ) all over the sofa and had an Oder. 3rd room the bed had a sage in the middle. Stayed there one night and wanted to leave . The hotel would not approve a refund so I was either there another night or lose $200. So disappointed. Staff is friendly and try to accommodate - when not on cell phones or overloaded with paperwork at the front desk scattered every wear. Oh and the beep beep beep of the people working on a lift for something on the roof wasn’t pleasant and the homeless people that park their bikes along side the trees towards the end of the parking lot and come in to get a free breakfast - you may want to be aware of that. I watched it happen 2 days . So uncomfortable knowing that random people can come in and enjoy the amenities that I’m paying $600 for 3 days for is a lot off putting I won’t be returning or referring anyone to this hotel "

"When our room was cleaned they changed out the towels and took trash. Empty paper roll for toilet and dead bugs on floor. Only half cleaned. Not good. Then a dinner reservation was made for Sunday inside and then we find out that restaurant isn't closed on Sunday so eating on the veranda. Staff should have known that when taking reservation. Not impressed. Tom Moreno here"
