Eine sehr schöne Anlage, die einen gepflegten Eindruck macht. Die Zimmer haben Appartementcharakter mit kleiner Küche, Kühlschrank und einem großen Balkon. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. An der Rezeption gibt es auch deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter.

I was at the hotel for wingfoil lessons on the beach. The walk to instructors and rentals was under 5 minutes. Hotel was clean, orderly and well-maintained. Staff were all personable.

Good resort, excellent location, amazing dinner

Very good resort, excellent location, nice accommodation, amazing dinner but average breakfast(always same things). The resort is very nice and also all the apartments are good. The dinner has a good choice, with the majority of dishes very good and some also excellent, but the breakfast is quite boring, with few things being good, all the pastry is very poor, same for ham, sausages and eggs. The beach is nice with good hikes on your doorstep. Most of the guests are Germans and overall is a good and safe environment.

8 Tage All-Inclusive mit meinen erwachsenen Kindern Mitte Mai, wir hatten alle Erholung dringend nötig. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, alles sauber und funktional und ansprechend. Kurze Wege zum Sandstrand. Die Zimmer geräumig und mit großen Balkonen ausgestattet, mit hatten wunderschönen seitlichen Meerblick. Ein 2. Pool ohne Animation war für uns der Platz zum entspannen. Herausragend gut das All-In Buffet. Sehr abwechlungsreich und gute Qualität. Das mehrfache Highlight jeden Tages. Zusätzlich IMMER aufmerksames, freundliches und deutschsprachiges Personal. Und auch die Abendunterhaltung und das Sportangebot hat uns gut gefallen. Alles in allem ein ganz toller Urlaub und das Hotel eine klare Empfehlung.

Familienbesuch Costa Calma statt Berlin

Schöne auf Familien ausgerichtete große Ferienanlage auf höhenmäßig mehreren Ebenen. Dadurch viele Treppen oder Rampen zu überwinden um die verschiedenen Einrichtungen zu erreichen. Die meisten Apartements sind in 3 geschossigen Gebäuden. Wir hatten ein Erdgeschossapartement mit Terasse ca 15m vom Pool ohne Animation. (Perfekt für mich als Person die schlecht läuft) Da wir uns nicht selbst verpflegt haben kann ich über die Ausstattung der Küche nicht viel sagen da wir nur den Kühlschrank und die Kaffeemaschine benutzt haben. Beides hat perfekt funktioniert. Die Matratzen waren für uns etwas hart, aber wir haben gut darauf geschlafen. Die Verpflegung (Büffet) ist gut und die Auswahl enorm. Wir hatten Halbpension. Das Restaurant "Bar Teide" etwas oberhalb vom Pool mit Animation bietet sehr gute Qualität bei wie ich meine sehr günstigen Preisen. Die zweite Bar am oberen Pool haben wir nicht besucht. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und ich glaube alle sprechen mindestens drei Sprachen. (deutsch, englisch und spanisch fließend) Das gilt auch für alle anderen Mitarbeiter die wir während unserem Aufenthalt kontaktiert haben. Für mich und meine Frau ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Wij verbleven hier met kerst en oud jaar. Het is een gezellig familie resort. Het appartement was schoon, netjes en de bedden waren prima. Eten was zowel bij ontbijt als diner genoeg keuze. Ook aan verse groente. Heerlijk weer gehad. Wij komen zeker terug!!

Lovely beaches but food???

We loved our trip to Fuertenventura. The hotel was as expected and our view was beautiful. Our only complaint about the hotel was the food. It was not fresh food. We wish we had just gotten the breakfast plan or no plan at all. The apartment has a kitchen and there is at least one restaurant close by. We did eat at the bar one time for lunch and it was very nice. In general the island is not so pretty but the beach and ocean were lovely. We enjoyed our two boat trips from Morro Jable. Both companies picked up close to our hotel. The drive over to the west coast is only 15 minutes and has some amazing beaches. But if you want a lush green island, look elsewhere!

La descripción en hoteles.com no coincide con lo que el hotel ofrecía. El desayuno Bufé gratis no está incluido ( gratuito según hoteles.com) si no se reserva media pensión o pensión completa. Recomiendo indiquen también que el gimnasio es de pago también si solo se elige alojamiento. Por lo demás, todo bien. Me permitieron hacer checkout mas tarde

Fijne combinatie van de voorzieningen van een hotel op een appartementencomplex, zeker een aanrader. Vrijwel alle gasten zijn Duits, maar wat mij betreft niet storend. Gasten waren rustig en sociaal. Wel zou het hotel meer in het Engels kunnen communiceren (naast Duits en Spaans), zoals de bordjes bij het buffet. Ontbijt meer dan prima, diner soms wat weinig keus, maar kwalitatief goed. Appartement was ruim en schoon. Douche is de enige tegenvaller; warm water raakt snel op. Locatie aan het strand is mooi, maar (vrijwel) geen leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand. Wij hadden een huurauto om het eiland te verkennen, waardoor dat geen groot probleem was.
