「Beautiful and tranquil place to stay. Loved the farm with animals and peacefulness. Very good instructions to locate as it is quite out of the way! Thank you for a lovely stay!」

「No plug in the sink. Fridge seals need cleaning, better still replacing. Fire alarm needs to be secured to the ceiling. No hand towel. General clean wouldn't hurt. 」

「Great little cottage, very comfortable and clean. Nice to have the open fireplace with plenty of firewood available on a cold evening. Lovely touch with the fresh bread and homemade jams for the morning. Secure yard for the dog, a bit of a mix up through the booking but all sorted out with owner easy enough. Great base to explore the area 」

「Great spot if you're looking to stay near Mornington. Down the end of a long driveway, so removed from traffic noise. Plenty of room, but cosy. 」

「The room was tiny, bed & 2 seat couch were uncomfortable, no bedside table. Way over priced for what you get. It was clean, very old but clean and housekeeping ladies were lovely. Total disappointment in the room. 」

「It was quiet, which is what I wanted, everything was clean especially the bathroom and kitchen, the only thing that I would change is having it as non smoking, because it did smell of stale smoke and our bed was two king singles put together.」
