House completely renovated, comfortable, functional, with air conditioning, bioclimatic pergola and garden / terrace exotic, very nice with palm trees and bamboo BBQ, outdoor shower
The house has:
- Overlooking the street:
- Entering the property, a small inner courtyard paved and landscaped with oleanders
 An awning houses the entrance door with 1 cupboard in which is the electric heater and a water inlet garden
-In entering the house:
- 1 entrance with 1 chest of drawers and a coat rack
-A left, on court:
 1 suite (bed 160x200) with its small bathroom with toilet, and large dressing room and a small desk for computer
-In the master suite, 1 staircase leading to a mezzanine with air conditionned located under the roof where are:
2 bunk beds for children, and cupboards under the beams
1 extra bed and 1 cot are available if needed as well as a high chair and toilet reducer
- Back left :
1 bedroom / office on garden / terrace with 1 sofa bed bedding daily (140 x 190), 1 large closet and 1 desk under the window with each side 2 storage shelves
 -In the corridor going to the bedroom / office:
1 fully fitted shower room with Italian shower, cupboards and 1 washing machine

-On the right side of the house:
 1 fully equipped American kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster ...) and separated from the living room by 1 bar / worktop with 4 stools

Our pets are not allowed because they are prohibited on the beaches and must be leashed throughout the village
 The house is fully protected by 1 alarm with video surveillance

Note that from April 1st until October 30th, all the parking spaces of the resort will be paid for: parking meters have been installed throughout the resort
