「Roberta goes above and beyond to make her guests comfortable and welcome. The room was beautiful and quiet. Her breakfast included dozens of options for food and she even took orders from a menu, which she then immediately cooks, such as different kinds of crepes. They were wonderful. She is also a very caring person and seems to love what she does for her guests.The location is also just off the main shopping and tourist area. 「While the location is very busy, the accomodations were great. Particularly noteworthy, the hotel has the best host, Simona, in Europe. She speaks multiple languages, was extremely helpful. and has a great sense of humor. She was the primary driver of the 5 star rating. Additionally, the accomodations were clean and convenient for downtown night life and was easy access to catch the bus to the airport.」
