Located in Palermo, Sicily, Casa Nica is a comfortable and welcoming holiday home of 60 sqm that can accommodate up to 4 people. It features 1 bedroom, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom. The property offers air conditioning, TV, and a washing machine for your convenience. For families with infants, a cot is available.



You can step out onto your private balcony or relax on the shared open terrace, ideal for unwinding after exploring the vibrant city.



On-street parking is available and shared. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. Upon request, you can use a car sharing service for an extra fee.



You will appreciate the excellent location, just 100 metres from the centre of Palermo, allowing you to easily reach attractions, shops, and restaurants. The train and bus station is only 50 metres away, making your travels throughout Sicily simple and convenient.
