Central location but old and rundown

Sara was an amazing host, responsive and helpful. But the place was not as advertised, disappointing. We were four girls travelling together and this area is not safe. It’s very run down and feels un safe. There is a bar downstairs that is very loud and the furniture in the apartment is not as shown in the pictures. Very old and bad quality. Would not stay here again.

Palermo for 5 nights

Property and location was just as advertised. The only issue is the bar/restaurant downstairs and outside our windows which did not close until 3am. Soundproof windows would be great but I understand the cost is too much. TV would be nice to cover the noise outside.

Great place to stay in Palermo

Excellent location, very roomy. Kitchen is a bit small but there are so many wonderful Places to eat near by…… why cook!

The perfect stay in Palermo!

We could not have been happier with our apartment in Palermo. It is centrally located and it is an easy walk to all the major sites. The property managers, Alessia and Sara, were incredibly helpful in arranging a pick up at the airport and taxis for other excursions. They always promptly responded to our questions. Each bedroom is very spacious, with comfortable beds and each has its own bathroom. We will definitely return to this apartment the next time we visit Palermo!

Große Wohnung in der Stadtmitte

Die große Wohnung befindet sich sehr nah des Zentrums von Palermo an einer großen Straße. In den Gassen um die Wohnung trifft sich am Abend die Jugend Palermos in und vor den Lokalen, sodass Nachtruhe trotz der Lage der Wohnung in der 4.Etage erst ab ca. 3Uhr eintrat… Das sollten ruhebedürftige Reisende beachten! Ansonsten entsprach die Wohnung der Beschreibung und dem italienischen Standard. Der Charme der hohen Räume mit teilweise Stuckdecken wurde durch die Möbel im Ikea-Style leider etwas gemindert. Insgesamt haben wir uns als Gruppe von 8 Freunden in der Wohnung aber wohl gefühlt und haben die Nähe zum Zentrum und zum Bahnhof sehr geschätzt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während des Aufenthaltes. Auf unsere Wünsche und Probleme wurde jederzeit umgehend reagiert und auch kleine Sonderwünsche erfüllt.

Ottima esperienza

Siamo stati accolti da Mariateresa che si è resa molto disponibile da subito e ci ha consigliato dove andare, cosa e dove mangiare e ci ha illustrato Palermo e dintorni con tanto di mappa. L’appartamento molto curato, efficentissimo ed aggiungerei freschissimo. Non era facile accontentare un gruppo di 8 persone e mantenere la propria privacy. Ps letti comodissimi. Tutto benissimo. A presto Mariaresa e grazie di tutto 😀

Heel fijn appartement, midden in de stad. Het contact met de eigenaresse maakt dat je een heel welkom gevoel hebt. Het appartement is ruim en schoon.

The flat is a beautiful, stylish furnished old flat in the heart of Palermo, very near to everything. Mariateresa, the owner is a really wonderful person, so nice and helpful. We loved to be there. Thanks a lot!

Wohnung war hell und geräumig, lrider an einer Hauptverkehrsstr.und viel zu laut

Die Wohnung hat uns gefallen.Die Schlafzimmer waren gut.Die Küche ist sehr klein und spatanisch eingerichtet,Geschirr stand teilweise schmutzig im Schrank. Die Wohnung ist tagsüber durch den Verkehr sehr laut, nachts ist das Schlafen ohne Ohrenstöpsel nicht möglich,da zum Verkehr noch lautes Nachtleben dazu kommt. Mariateresa war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great location, beautiful apartment, wonderful hostess

We were a group of 9 - 2 families with 4 adults and 5 children. We rented the whole apartment and it was a perfect size. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and the layout provided enough space & privacy for everyone. It was in a great location on a main street. The hostess was wonderful - she gave us a verbal orientation to the city and recommendations. The kitchen was fine to make most meals. Very close to supermarket and train station. WIFI and air conditioning was good. I would stay here again!
