Upon entering the hotel I was suprised how modern it was. My room was not ready but the receptionist immediately supplied me with coffee and pastry. She was very friendly and informative.
My room was lovely and clean with a little balcony. I spent half an hour listening to a little girl and a middle aged woman happily chatting away together, from their respective balconies on opposite sides of the street!!
Breakfast was fabulous, one of the best I have had! Oh, and the lift was glass!

All I have to say is this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had..
The room was clean and large.. the owner of the hotel was very hands on.. he parked our car and retrieved it for us.. served us breakfast every morning. The staff was great!! The desk girls were great and very knowledgeable..
They definitely made you feel like family here and would definitely stay there again..
the hotel was in a great location too.. we were able to walk just about everywhere except for

What a lovely hotel. The space and decor are unique and the staff were so very friendly and helpful. We were very grateful for our upgrade to the suite and for the wine for our silver wedding anniversary.
Breakfast was so plentiful and varied. We were quite overwhelmed each morning but loved the variety and the coffee was perfect!
The pool was an absolute godsend in the hot weather and such a delightful private space to relax in.
Thank you for helping to make our first visit to Sicily and to Palermo so wonderful!

We were a family of 4, with 2 older teenagers. We had a 2 bedroom room. It was absolutely fine. Air con was great. The location is brilliant - 5 minute walk into the thick of things - and they offer secure parking for 20 euros a night, which was a god send! Very freindly staff and ENORMOUS breakfasts with a lot of variety. The pool/lounge/bar area is outside the hotel and down an alley... very secure and very quaint - lovely place. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastisk service - fantastiske mennesker🤗
